Mark Richman: Compulsories

A new video of Canadian heavyweight Mark Richman who placed 4th at this year's CBBF Nationals back in August. In the clip Richman, who is trained by IFBB pro Fouad Abiad, is going through his compulsory poses.

Mike has long been a favorite of mine.

This is not one of my scans but I worked on it a bit to improve it.

Mike won the 2001 Canadian National Championships Super Heavyweight First and Overall Champion.

Bulgarian amateur bodybuilder Valentin Dimitrov, aka BaKyMuPaHaEJlxa, the 29 year old personal trainer from Varna, Bulgaria. At the 2008 IFBB Balkan Championship Valentin was 3rd in the up to 70kg class.

Jaroslav Horváth: Slovakian Muscle

Above, 39 year old Slovakian Jaroslav Horváth on September 14, a couple of weeks out from the 202 Olympia where he came in a respectable 6th. It's been a good 2010 (coming off an injury torn 2009) with runner-up finishes at the Europa Super Show and Jacksonville Pro earlier in the year.

Below, Horváth guest posed at Noci Bojov 2 (Night of Combat 2) in Rabča, Slovakia, a couple of weeks after the Olympia, on October 16:
