Chris Tuttle: Connecticut Muscle

26 year old 5'9" heavyweight Chris Tuttle placed 9th at the 2009 NPC Junior Nationals. In 2008 he won the class at the Atlantic State Championships (Big Sean Allen took home the overall) and was a Bodybuilding.com Amateur Bodybuilder of the Week when he was just 23.
