Competing this weekend at the 2010 WBFF World Championships, in the Mississauga Living Arts Centre outside Toronto, is 32 year old Craig Bonnett, the former Mr. Manitoba, and a favorite of mine (though I've strangely only posted about him once before). At 6 weeks out Craig weighed in at 222lbs:
Dropped to just over 217lbs at 3 weeks:
And with just one week to go he was 216.5lbs:
Craig placed second at the 2009 WBFF Worlds (behind Frank Sucre) after finishing 3rd in the light heavies at that year's Canadian Nationals (he was not at the 2010 show). Good luck to him on Saturday!
