Jaffy So: Arnold Amateur

The 5'6" 35 year old light-middleweight competitor from Hong Kong Jaffy So training back as he was prepping for the Arnold Amateur back in December:



And below is Jaffy's free posing routine from the 2010 Hong Kong Body-building Invitation Championship where he won both the 80kg class (up to 176lbs) and the overall title:





In the 75kg (165lb) class at both the 2007 and 2009 Hong Kong Bodybuilding Championships he won both his class and the overall championship (and in 2009 was also named Best Poser) both years (the photos above are from his 2009 win).
