Countdown to Christmas: Mohammad Bannout

Here begins the 3rd Annual "Countdown to Christmas" featuring 24 bodybuilders who, over the last 12 months, have made a lasting impression. The only rule for inclusion on the list, which is pretty random save for the top spots, is that the guys have had to compete in 2010.



First up 5'11" Mohammad Bannot from Lebanon who only took part in one contest this year, the Phoenix Pro back in February (he finished 10th) before undergoing surgery on both calves on March 18. He was back in the gym a month later!
